This document includes a comparison of various heat treatment conditions for precipitation hardening systems in salt spray tests, as well as the aging changes of various stainless steels and high alloys. The testing equipment used is a composite cycle testing machine (CYP-90D manufactured by Suga Test Instruments Co., Ltd.). Appearance photographs were taken after 0, 5, 24, 48, 72, 96, and 240 hours, and weights were measured before the test and after 240 hours. Please take a moment to read it. The "salt spray test" is a test designed to evaluate the corrosion resistance of metal materials with painted coatings, plated coatings, and inorganic/organic coatings by promoting corrosion. It allows for the assessment of corrosion behavior that typically takes a long time to develop, compressed into a shorter evaluation period. Additionally, the "salt spray cyclic test" combines salt spray with drying and wetting to recreate conditions that are closer to the actual usage environment of the product.
